As president and CEO of fi-Plan Partners, Greg advises organizations, families and individuals who wish to enhance and preserve their wealth. If you are around Greg for just a few minutes, you will quickly learn that he loves to ask questions and create dialogue. These two things are a driving force in Your Financial House®, a nationally acclaimed management tool he created which gives clients an insightful and enjoyable experience of bringing all aspects of their financial life under one roof. Referred to as "the Builder," Greg oversees the building of Your Financial House® just like the builder who built your home.

Greg has more than 30 years of experience in the financial investment industry. He's a member of the Investment Management Consultants Association (IMCA) and is a Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA). In 2002 he was chosen as one of five financial advisors for Research Magazine's Advisor Hall of Fame. His personal success recently led the National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB) to choose him as the 2009 Small Business Champion for the state of Alabama and chose him out of 14 southern states as the South Region Small Business Champion. Greg is also the Chairman of the NFIB Alabama Board of Directors and sits on the board of the Business Council of Alabama and as a Trustee for the Birmingham Business Alliance. In 2011, Greg was appointed by Alabama Governor Robert Bentley to serve on the Alabama Commission on Improving State Government.

A seeker of knowledge and a researcher of learning, Greg somehow manages to consistently carve out time in his busy schedule to read books of all kinds, from early American history to various business books. He also has a deep passion for all kinds of sports throughout all the athletic seasons.

This knowledge gives him keen insight and understanding about you so he can make sound recommendations as you build Your Financial House®. This insight makes him the ideal point person for you when it's time to coordinate with the other professionals who are important to your financial life, such as your CPA or estate attorney.

Receiving his degree in Business Management from Jacksonville State University, Quint currently holds the Series 24 (General Securities Principal), Series 7 (General Securities), Series 63 (Alabama Blue Sky), Series 31 (Managed Futures), and the Series 65 registration through LPL Financial. He is licensed to provide you with life insurance, disability insurance, long-term care insurance, and variable annuities. Quint also serves on the Board of Directors for Camp Smile-A-Mile, as Treasurer on the Board of Directors of the Birmingham Collaborative Alliance, and is the Chairman of the University of Alabama Birmingham Professional Advisor Council Executive Board.

With a true passion for the outdoors, Quint and his son, Connor, are active in the local community together. Quint serves as a Boy Scout Committee Member and Assistant Scout Master for his son's Scout Troop 533. Recently the two of them spent eight days hiking in the extremely hot and dry New Mexico desert. He is a nationally certified Range Officer, a safety instructor with the National Muzzle Loading Rifle Association, and a Hunter Education Instructor for the Alabama Department of Conservation.

Mac began his career in financial services right after college and has specialized in comprehensive financial planning. Mac stays busy at fi-Plan Partners working with Greg on portfolio strategies and management.

Mac received his degree in geography with a concentration in business from Auburn University. Through LPL Financial, he holds Series 7 (General Securities) and Series 66 (Uniform Combined State Law). He is also licensed to provide you with life insurance, disability insurance, long-term care insurance, and variable annuities. Mac is currently working toward earning the Certified Financial Planner® designation and is a member of the Financial Planning Association.

Mac developed strong leadership skills and a love for the outdoors in his younger years as an Eagle Scout and while working at Philmont Scount Ranch in New Mexico. When he's not enjoying a round of golf or playing with his dog, Layla, Mac serves on the Jr. Board of Directors of Aldridge Gardens.

Amy oversees all operational aspects of the firm ensuring five star service is delivered and guaranteeing superior business practices are maintained. She also works with the wealth management team coordinating investments, rollovers, and retirement services.

Amy earned her undergraduate degree in Psychology with a concentration in business at Auburn University and her MBA at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Experienced in administration and operations within the financial services industry, Amy brings a wealth of knowledge and an operational point of view to the team. As well as her financial experience and credentials, Amy is also a certified Persogenics trainer, guiding our team, affiliates and clients in achieving optimal communications.

Amy is an artist at heart and is gifted in the areas of painting and sketching. In her free time you can always find her with a paintbrush in hand or creating wonderful designs for decorative purposes as well as events.

Amy is involved in several community programs. She currently serves as President of the Aldridge Gardens Jr. Board. She is a previous Alabama State 4-H Council President and served with the National 4-H Council. Amy also volunteers with Jefferson County Schools, The Birmingham Humane Society, WJHS Alumni Association and other local organizations helping make a difference in our community.

Family is extremely important to Amy, and she cherishes her strong family ties. She has three precious nieces, Kinley, Lauren, and EmmaKate, and is very involved in their lives.

Ashley has an extensive background in banking, commercial real estate and financial analysis. He is constantly working on how we can improve the quality of our services and strategies for our clients. Ashley works with both President/CEO, Greg Powell, and Executive Vice-President, Quint Cook, in developing professional relationships that will benefit our clients as well as upholding our commitment of constant client communication.

“I’m a people person and enjoy finding common interests with everyone I meet. My greatest joy is when I am able to connect a person to other people I know and it enhances their quality of life.”

Ashley has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Vanderbilt University, an MBA in Finance from Emory University and a Juris Doctor from The University of Alabama School of Law.

He is a native of Baldwin County and a Homewood resident for the past 25 years. He has been married for 22 years to his wife, Whitney, and the couple has one 18-year old daughter, Caroline. An Eagle Scout and avid sports fan, he particularly enjoys any activity that takes him outdoors. The Pages are heavily involved in their church, St. Stephens Episcopal, where Ashley has served as a past member of the Vestry, Diocesan Delegate and as an Adult Sunday School teacher. Outside of his home and church, Ashley has served for a number of years on the Norton Board of Advisors for Birmingham-Southern College, as well as an executive evaluator for the college’s senior level business students. Finally, he has served for many years in various leadership roles and volunteer capacities for the state high school basketball tournament.

Ashley thoroughly enjoys bringing his widely diverse background to bear for the benefit of fi-Plan clients, their businesses and their families.

Franklin Bradford works with Greg Powell, Mac Frasier and Ashley Page as a critical part of the Portfolio Management Team. He develops portfolio strategies and meets with clients in person as well as on the phone to discuss positions and changes in their portfolio. He is very passionate about his job and he enjoys the interaction that he has with clients. Franklin likes to emphasize, "What I have enjoyed most about being in this business since 1998, is getting to know clients on a personal as well as a financial level." This is evident in the fact that Franklin is a "sore loser" as he is passionate about winning for our clients.

With his extensive background in the financial industry, Franklin is highly experienced working with high net worth individuals, corporations, educational institutions, and foundations in the management of their investment portfolios. Franklin has worked on portfolio management teams throughout his career that have managed money ranging from $100 million to $1.2 billion in combined total assets.

Franklin is an Eagle Scout and attended the University of Alabama graduating with a BS in Commerce and Business Administration. He has earned the right to use the Chartered Market Technician designation and is a Level II Candidate in the Chartered Financial Analyst Program.
Franklin lives in Birmingham with his wife, Stacey and four sons. He enjoys the outdoors, especially if it involves playing golf, hiking and running.

As the firm’s Vice President of Financial Planning, Martin works closely with Quint, bringing all the pieces together to construct Your Financial House®.  She focuses on bringing value to each and every client.
 
Martin received an undergraduate degree in Human Environmental Sciences and went on to earn a Master of Science in Human Environmental Sciences from The University of Alabama with a concentration in Family Financial Planning and Counseling.  She also holds the Master Financial Planner™ and Registered Financial Specialist™ designations. Martin is also a member of the Financial Planning Association which is a national organization based in Denver, Colorado, that promotes education and client-centered financial planning. Martin loves to have dialogue with clients regarding all the financial issues in their life. While obtaining her master’s degree, she served as a Graduate Teaching Assistant and developed the ability to put financial planning in terms everyone could understand. She first discovered this passion earlier in her life while teaching junior high students basic financial skills at Camp Cash, hosted annually by the College of Human Environmental Sciences at The University of Alabama, which promotes youth financial literacy.

Martin serves as the President of the Junior Board of Special Equestrians in Birmingham, which is a unique organization that delivers therapeutic horseback riding to individuals with physical, mental, developmental, and emotional disabilities. She is passionate about the riders of Special Equestrians and is working toward developing and promoting new fundraisers for the organization.

Martin is thankful to have a loving, supportive family and she enjoys spending time with them as much as possible. She also has two precious nephews, Trey and Miles, who live with her brother and sister-in-law in Jacksonville, FL. She is very involved in outdoor activities and spends most of her free time bouldering, hiking, camping, and taking her dog, Hugo, on walks.  She also enjoys exploring her creative side by painting and creating ceramics for her friends and family.

Being Branch Operations Coordinator of fi-Plan Partners, Julie’s main goal is to insure the client receives “our five star service” on all levels.

Julie graduated from the University of Alabama with a Bachelors of Art in Communications with a central concentration in Public Relations. She also minored in Computing Technologies and Informational Sciences. While at the University of Alabama Julie was part of the Student Government Association that made critical decisions to ensure a positive life on campus. She was also a member of Kappa Kappa Gamma sorority.

After graduating Julie began her career in financial/brokerage services. With 5 years experience she is a vital part of the fi-Plan Partners team as our Operations Coordinator working with Chris Davis in developing our client experience with different types of communication, education and special events.

Julie and her husband, Jared, both former athletes, enjoying running and watching sports.

Chris loves to talk to people. This probably explains why before coming to work at fi-Plan Partners he owned Big Mountain Coffee Co. "Great conversations happen over coffee," read the sign he use to have displayed in his coffee house.

Believing that clients' anxieties are reduced when they gain knowlege, Chris works closely with Greg in effectively communicating in many different ways with our clients and the community. He has used his creative talents to design this website, as well as the Your Financial House© site, produce the music and information you hear when you are placed on hold at our office, and by developing our exclusive coffee, Financial House Blend.

Chris spends most of his free time with his his wife Amanda and seven year old son, Camden, riding bikes, hiking, building forts with chairs and blankets, and doing just about anything outdoors. He is an enthusiastic cyclist and has ridden across the Mohave Desert (starting in Los Angeles, CA and ending in Albuquerque, NM), and across the state of North Carolina. Whenever he finds himself sitting down with some free time, he enjoys playing his Taylor acoustic guitar.

Renee Frank is someone who is very organized and focused on making sure all our internal systems are efficient and coordinated. This enables our entire team to execute information, strategies, and communication in a consistent and timely manner throughout the office as well as with our clients.

In these fast paced markets, we need a team member who can step back and see the systems we need to implement in order for our work to flow between the financial blueprints, the portfolios, and operations.

Renee definitely knows how to handle organization in a fast environment. She is a graduate of Auburn University in Montgomery with a degree in Business Administration. She has 13 years in retail management and nine years in early childhood development. She lives in Hoover, Alabama with her husband Joe and their three children Kayla, Brandon, and Alex.

As the Digital Branding Officer, Reese works closely with the entire team in effectively communicating to our clients through traditional means and new technology. His goal is to make sure our message is clear, consistent, and understandable. He has a passion for all areas of design and believes when it is combined with valuable information it can increase client confidence and reduce their anxieties.

Reese is a recent graduate from Samford University and is enjoying the transition into the workforce. Reese graduated cum laude with a Bachelors of Fine Arts in Graphic Design. Reese was awarded a Gold ADDY in 2010 for his Beale Street Music Festival poster. While at Samford University he was involved in a wide array of organizations including Samford Ambassadors, Schools Arts Council, Student Government Association, and the Office of University Advancement. One of the highlights of his time at Samford was being selected to serve as emcee of the annual Step Sing Competition.

Reese was born and raised in Selma, Alabama. In his free time, he enjoys being outdoors, photography, and tennis. A fun fact about Reese is that he is an avid-storyteller and impersonator. His charismatic personality is sure to keep a smile on everyone’s face.
